The government is now consulting on the best of the response to the increasing cases of COVID-19 with the South African President Cyril Ramaphosa to address the nation very soon.
As SMC News stated earlier that on Wednesday, South Africa recorded 4 600 new positive cases with COVID -19 and the deaths surpassing 56 000. The number of infections has been increasing in the past few days, and that seemed to fear the whole South Africa.
Acting minister in the presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni was breathing the media yesterday saying that they are still consulting on the government’s best response to the pandemic. South Africa embarked on the phase two of the vaccine roll out with people over the age of 60.
