FIVE CHIEFS STARS SELECTED OUT FOR LEOPARDS

Kaizer Chiefs head coach Gavin Hunt will be without five first-team players when he takes on his former club Black Leopards in his 900th game in management.

This is according to a research done by the SMC News that after advancing to the CAF Champions League semi-final, Chiefs face a completely different proposition as they travel to Thohoyandou to face relegation candidates Black Leopards.

With only three games remaining for both clubs, three points are vital with Leopards aiming for a miracle to survive the drop in 16th place as they are six points behind 15th placed Chippa United – while Chiefs will look to keep their top-eight hopes alive.

“We have had endless problems for every game. Players have not all been available right from the start of the season,” Hunt admitted.

“That is what it is, we just have to take this game in front of us on Wednesday. We are going to have a lot of players out on Wednesday due to suspension and injury, so we will have to work with those who are available.”
